What services do you offer?
We provide a full range of non-emergency medical transportation services, including wheelchair-accessible rides, hospital and clinic transfers, dialysis trips, therapy appointments, and long-distance medical transportation across North Dakota and parts of Minnesota.
Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Yes. We operate a fleet of wheelchair-accessible vehicles to ensure safe, dignified, and comfortable rides for passengers who require mobility support.
Do I need to schedule a ride in advance?
Yes. To ensure availability and timely service, we recommend booking your ride at least 24–48 hours in advance. However, we do our best to accommodate same-day requests whenever possible.
What areas do you serve?
Our main hub is in Fargo–Moorhead, but we proudly serve all of North Dakota and western Minnesota, including Bismarck, Grand Forks, Minot, Wahpeton, and Detroit Lakes.
Can you assist clients from their home into the vehicle?
Yes. Our trained drivers provide door-to-door assistance, helping clients safely from their home, into the vehicle, and directly into their destination.
Do you accept insurance or Medicaid?
Yes. We work with Medicaid and healthcare programs to provide covered medical transportation for eligible clients. Please contact us to verify coverage and scheduling requirements.
What safety measures do you follow?
All our drivers are trained in patient safety, defensive driving, and accessibility protocols. Our vehicles are regularly inspected and sanitized to ensure client comfort and well-being.
